Hell in a Cell saw an impromptu Mixed Tag Team match that featured The Great Khali and Natalya taking on Fandango and Summer Rae in what was the dancing Diva’s official in-ring debut on the main roster.
That very match allowed Summer to actually show quite a bit of spunk, as she went toe-to-toe with Natalya and walked away with an upset victory against the esteemed veteran.
To look back on the huge night (and victory), Summer posted the above collage on her Instagram account, adding the caption, “There’s times in your life that you’ve imagined…pictured over & over. Then it actually happens & its such an out of body experience! I’ll always remember tonight! Thank you Miami…I knew I loved this city! #itssummertime”
Summer may not have experience on the independent scene like some, but you can’t deny her passion and overall love for the sport. She’s clearly worked hard, and moments like Sunday night in Miami are things that, when it’s all said and done, she will remember for an eternity. Congrats Summer!
