Tonight’s AEW Dark features the debut of Amber Nova and Queen Aminata. The two newcomers are teaming to face Red Velvet and Big Swole.
Queen Aminata is a strong, powerful and athletic wrestler who is making a name for herself on the indies. She is the current GCW Women’s Champion. She has wrestled for SHIMMER, RISE, Marvellous and Sendai Girls, as well as a match against The Kabuki Warriors on SmackDown in 2019.
Amber Nova has competed for SHINE, IMPACT and NXT during her six-year career. She will also make her AEW Dynamite debut tomorrow to face the returning Kris Statlander.
The card also features three more women’s matches.
Britt Baker takes on another debutant, Shawna Reed. Reed is a wrestler with five years experience and performed for multiple American independent promotions.
Leila Grey faces Nyla Rose. Grey has become an AEW Dark regular over the past few weeks but is yet to pick up a win. She will have a tough challenge on her hands against the Native Best.
Finally, Lynn King will face Madi Wrenkowski. King defeated Wrenkowski in tag team action on last week’s show. So Wrenkowski will be looking for revenge.
