Quinn McKay debuts for WWE as ring announcer at first NXT: Level Up tapings

Former ROH backstage correspondent and wrestler Quinn McKay is now with WWE. Now going by the name Kelly Kincaid (real-name: Kelly Verbil), working as a new ring announcer she was seen at the tapings for WWE’s new NXT show, NXT: Level Up.

As reported earlier, NXT: Level Up will be the new replacement for the now-defunct 205 Live brand. Over many months, as the cruiserweight division dwindled down to non-existent, members of the women’s roster of NXT 2.0 started to appear weekly on the show. Now with a new name, the first tapings took place tonight and is slated to air this Friday at 10 PM EST. WWE officially announced Level Up during a commercial on tonight’s NXT 2.0.

As Quinn McKay, the 30-year old from ROH started getting into the ring during Women’s Division Wednesday’s and eventually the women’s title tournament that was reviving the company’s women’s division. This took place over the summer of 2021 into the fall. She had a personal feud with the members of The Allure (Angelina Love & Mandy Leon) for months.

She faced Mandy Leon and defeated her in the first round of the tournament but would be bested by the eventual winner Rok-C in the quarter-finals. Kincaid has also had matches on the indie scene. There is no word on if Kincaid will transfer over to the ring at this point.

ROH is currently on hiatus since the start of 2022 and is slated to be back in April.
