Report: 2016’s Diva WWE Hall of Fame Inductee Revealed?

A new report claims to have discovered who will join the WWE Hall of Fame in its class of 2016.

The list of leaked names, posted by WhatCulture, includes two-time Women’s Champion Jacqueline, who hails from Dallas, the site of WrestleMania 32.

Contrary to the unenthusiastic reaction by the report’s author, Jacqueline has a wealth of Hall of Fame-worthy accomplishments to her name, having been a pioneer for African American women in the sport. In addition to being the WWE’s first African American Women’s Champion, she was one of only three women to hold the Cruiserweight Title and, in 1993, became the first woman to be included in the PWI 500.

Over the course of her 20+ year career, she has left a legacy that would make her a welcome addition to the class of 2016.

The WWE Hall of Fame ceremony take place Saturday April 2nd and will air live on the WWE Network.
