Former WWE Diva Maria Kanellis and her husband Mike Bennet may be headed to TNA.
PWInsider is reporting that the pair have finished up with Ring of Honor as of last night’s television tapings, having been unable to reach a new deal with the company.
This move, which has been rumored for weeks, likely means they’re done with New Japan Pro Wrestling as well. Maria made history for NJPW earlier this year when she and Amber Gallows became the first two women to compete for the company in 13 years.
The report states that Maria and Mike told several people they were making a move to TNA and are due to start there in January.
Bennet has been with ROH since 2008, while Maria debuted for the promotion in late 2011. Maria worked for the WWE from 2004 to 2010, debuting as part of the first televised Diva Search.
