The mystery Natalya‘s disappearance from WWE television may be a simple case of a lack of ideas.
According to a report from the Wrestling Observer (via NoDQ), the former Divas Champion isn’t being used on TV because the writers do not have a place for her.
The report states that Natalya has not suffered any injuries, but is simply waiting to be used. It is said that the company’s main focus right now is on the members of the three stables that were at the center of the Diva Revolution storyline. There was talk at some point of adding Natalya to one of those teams, but that idea was nixed.
A few weeks ago, Natalya was involved in a backstage segment where a mystery person took her out backstage. The identity of her attacker was never revealed, and Nattie has been used sparingly since.
UPDATE:
A fan posted our story on their Instagram account and Natalya responded claiming the rumors are false. Not much more explanation was given.
