According to a recent tweet by WWE insider Dave Meltzer, a former NXT Women’s Champion has not been prominently appearing on WWE television due to a creative plan.
He explains that Sasha Banks is still “working a full schedule”, but is being kept off of the TV programming due to “long-term storyline reasons”.
This tweet could possibly indicate that WWE are trying to not overexpose Sasha and are aiming for her to have a memorable and entertaining upcoming story, rather than a throwaway feud.
