Is the WWE looking to move some of their programming to Destination America?
Lords of Pain is reporting on those rumors, which speculate that the WWE is interested in airing WWE Superstars, Main Event or even NXT on the network. According to the report, the WWE has already been shopping Superstars and Main Event to several American television networks.
Destination America is the current home of TNA and ROH, which air on Wednesday nights. TNA’s deal with the network is scheduled to expire next month, and the company is said to still be shopping for a new deal.
WWE Superstars and NXT currently air exclusively on the WWE Network. Main Event was pulled from the network earlier this year due to a conflict with their European TV deals and is only accessible in America via Hulu.
