Results: Su Yung retains the Knockouts Championship

Tonight at Slammiversary, Su Yung successfully retained the Knockouts Championship against Madison Rayne.

Before the match could even officially start, Rayne attacked the Champion, who was accompanied by her loyal Undead Brides, from the entrance ramp. Rayne tosses Yung back in the ring and at the sound of the ring bell, Rayne connects a top rope cross body. She follows up by sending Yung headfirst to a top turnbuckle and goes for the cover via Northern Light Suplex.

Yung kicks out and begins to call for her Undead Bridesmaid who distracts Rayne from the ring apron. The Champion scoops Rayne up but the latter slips away and counters with a roundhouse kick to the head. Young heads to the outside floor but Rayne stays in pursuit and takes Yung down with a hurricanrana.

Another Bridesmaid tries to interfere but Rayne is ready, striking her down with a forearm and then catching a knee to knock Yung off the ring apron. Back in the ring, Yung lands a hanging neck breaker from the second rope and then places Rayne in a Tree of Woe at a corner. Yung follows up with a running dropkick for a two count.

As Rayne gets to her feet, a Bridesmaid gets ahold of from the apron but Rayne breaks free from her clutches – ducking out the way to avoid a Red Mist from Yung. Rayne lands forearms, chops and a sliding Lariat on Yung for a near fall. She goes for more covers after connecting a Cutter and the Rayne Drop but each time, the Champion managed to kick out.

As Rayne went for the CrossRayne, Yung surprised her with the Mandible Claw, which eventually caused Rayne to fade out and award Yung the win.

Post-match, Su Yung placed Madison Rayne in a coffin, closed the lid and stood over it.
