The Judgment Day faction, which consists of Edge and Damian Priest, has now grown with the addition of Rhea Ripley.
Rumors have been swirling for weeks that Ripley was perhaps joining the faction after she caused the break up between her and Liv Morgan. Ripley and Morgan had formed a short-lived tag team and chased after the Women’s Tag Team Championships at WrestleMania.
Ripley appeared at the end of the Edge vs. AJ Styles match on Sunday’s WrestleMania Backlash. Damian Priest was banned from ringside but started making his way down the ramp as the match reached its ending point. Finn Balor came out to start brawling with Priest.
The two end up taking the fight into the ring which allowed a masked individual dressed in all black to appear and knock Styles off the top turnbuckle. Edge locks in a crossface into a sleeper hold which caused the referee to call for the bell.
The individual revealed themselves to be Rhea Ripley who has indeed aligned herself with Edge.
Ripley’s current rival Liv Morgan had something to say about this new partnership.
