Rosa Mendes and Sensational Sherri will both be included in WWE 2K16, but only in managerial roles.
As discovered by Power Up Gaming, a screenshot of the game taken at a preview event last week shows both Rosa and Sherri as selectable managers:

Until now, Rosa had been the only pre-Diva Revolution main roster Diva not included in the game.
WWE 2K16 hits stores in North America on October 27th and in Europe on October 30th.
