Rosemary to Challenge for Knockouts World Title at Rebellion

Tasha Steelz has her opponent for the Rebellion pay-per-view event and that Knockout is Rosemary. Rosemary won a 10-Knockouts Battle Royal on this week’s IMPACT to secure her spot on the Rebellion card. The event takes place on April 23.

The Battle Royal came down to Rosemary, Gisele Shaw, and Lady Frost as the final three. All three women were tangled up in the ropes at the end of the match and it would be Shaw and Frost that fell to the floor eliminating them both at the same time. Rosemary’s leg saved her as she was dangling from the middle rope and avoided falling to the floor. The champion Steelz was on commentary during this match and once Rosemary won, the two exchanged words at ringside.

Other participants in this match were: Havok, Savannah Evans, Jessie McKay, Tenille Dashwood, Madison Rayne, Alisha, and Jordynne Grace. Cassie Lee was at ringside but was said to not be medically cleared to compete.

The last time Rosemary fought for the Knockouts World Title was last June when Deonna Purrazzo was champion at Against All Odds. Purrazzo would retain from that match. Since then, she has been Knockouts World Tag Team Champions alongside her Decay partner Havok. Rosemary is a former Knockouts Champion but has not held the belt since 2017.

Elsewhere on this week’s IMPACT!, in preparation for Multiverse of Matches on April 1, Chelsea Green had a lot to say after the breakdown of her friendship with Mickie James from last week. Green will be teaming up with Matt Cardona to face James and Nick Aldis. You can view what Green had to say below.

Masha Slamovich continued to show her dominance as one of the newest Knockouts and extends her undefeated streak. This time in a quick match against Abby Jane.
