On this week’s Dynamite, Ruby Soho defeated Kris Statlander to find herself one of four women who are still in the running to become the first TBS Women’s Champion.
At the end of a competitive match between both women which witnessed either woman taking the win, Soho went for No Future (formerly the Riott Kick), but Statlander blocked it and went for the Big Bang Theory. Soho countered and went into a roll-up to get the pin.
After the match, Soho’s opponent for the semi-finals Nyla Rose attacked her from behind. Statlander came back to help Soho in a show of good sportsmanship which caused Rose to retreat.
With Soho facing Rose in the one semi-finals match, Thunder Rosa faces Jade Cargill in the other. Cargill was backstage cutting a promo when Rosa interrupted. Rosa informed Cargill that she will be facing her student Janai Kai on this week’s Rampage.

In a backstage segment with the AEW Women’s World Champion Britt Baker, Jamie Hayter, and Rebel, it was confirmed that Riho will go against Hayter on next week’s Dynamite. Riho has recently earned a future championship match after defeating Baker last week.
