On this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw, Stephanie McMahon confirmed previous rumors that the WWE would hold the first-ever Women’s Elimination Chamber match.
According to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter (via 411Mania), there is local market advertising in Las Vegas that lists Alexa Bliss, Nia Jax, Bayley, Sasha Banks, Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose for the women’s Elimination Chamber. However, Cageside Seats reports that Mickie James will be one of the Superstars to challenge Alexa Bliss for the Raw Women’s Championship instead of Mandy Rose.
It should be noted that the winner of the first-ever Women’s Royal Rumble Asuka has yet to officially announce which Women’s Champion she would like to face at WrestleMania 34.
WWE’s Elimination Chamber takes airs Sunday, February 25th at 8 PM ET live on the WWE Network.
