Fans are anxiously awaiting for Bianca Belair vs. Sasha Banks II at SummerSlam on Aug. 21. Before we can get to the actual match, we needed to have a contract signing on this week’s SmackDown.
In a contract signing that was administered by WWE Authority Sonya Deville, both women successfully signed the contract, but not without some intimidation from The Boss first.
Prior to Banks putting pen to paper, she said she needed a couple of witnesses. Out came both Carmella and Zelina Vega. Both women have had their own eyes on the SmackDown Women’s Championship. Carmella of course having a series of matches against Belair for the title and Vega who has been asking for a title match.
After both women signed, Belair threw the contract at Banks as both Vega and Carmella went after the champ. The EST did what she could against all three women, but the numbers game eventually became too much.
Banks delivered a backstabber which allowed Vega and Carmella to continue their attack. Banks requested them to stop so that she can add more injury to the champion on top of the desk.
The show ended with Banks locking in the Bank Statment using Belair’s own braid against her.
