Scarlett Bordeaux stripped of MCW Rage TV Championship

Just yesterday, Diva Dirt reported that IMPACT Wrestling star Scarlett Bordeaux made history for MCW Pro Wrestling. Bordeaux won the MCW Rage TV Championship this past Friday night. This was Night One of the MCW Winter Blast Tour. The significance of this win was that it was a female winning a male title for the first time in this promotion.

After a short 24 hour reign as champion, Bordeaux lost the title. Ryan “King” McBride, the previous owner of the belt, won it back last evening. McBride expected after his win to walk out of Hollywood, MD as champion. As reported by the MCW Pro Wrestling website via Facebook, that wasn’t the case.

Neither McBride nor Bordeaux left with the belt. Bordeaux came to the ring with Brandon Scott in a slight attempt to even the numbers. McBride had both Andy Vineberg and Justin Schlegel with him.

Vineberg threw an insult Bordeaux’s way which led to McBride slapping her. Scott came to her aide and went after McBride. The referee in turn through Scott out of the situation. McBride was able to recapture the title from Bordeaux.

McBride was only able to celebrate for seconds as Elijah King made his way to the ring with the General Manager Phil Stamper. King reminded Stamper that he was the original number one contender before Bordeaux. Stamper agreed and made an impromptu match right then between King and McBride.

The referee and Stamper attempted to remove both Vineberg and Schlegel from ringside. Scott ended up returning and delivered a low blow to McBride. The referee’s distraction caused by Scott allowed Bordeaux to get her revenge.

Bordeaux delivered a Canadian Destroyer to McBride which allowed King achieve the pin fall on him. King is now the new MCW Rage TV Champion. Bordeaux may not have walked out with the title, but she did receive the last laugh.

The entire results from the show can be viewed from MCW’s website. This includes Gia Scott regaining her MCW Women’s Championship from Aria Palmer just one day after losing it. “Felicia” is back with it’s owner.

MCW’s Winter Blast Tour will continue next weekend. Bordeaux doesn’t appear to be listed at these two events.
