Sharmell to be inducted into WWE Hall of Fame

WWE has officially confirmed that Sharmell will be the next female inductee into the Hall of Fame Class of 2022.

Sharmell captivated audiences during her time with WWE by becoming one of the most memorable valets alongside her husband Booker T. When Booker became King of the Ring, naturally, Sharmell would become the Queen giving her that added moniker. In real life, she has donned a crown as she is a former Miss Black America in 1991 at the age of 20.

Her career with the professional wrestling industry started in WCW as a member of the Nitro Girls where she first went under the name of Storm and eventually became Paisley.

Despite not stepping foot into a WWE ring on too many occasions, she was trained in then-developmental OVW and became a member of The Suicide Blondes as Sister Sharmell. She was also stepped into the role of a backstage interviewer.
