We are just two weeks away from one of the most popular events of the year, the Royal Rumble!
For the women, the event has already created a huge buzz as last week 19 competitors out of 30 have been confirmed for the Rumble match itself. Seven of them are legends. Kelly Kelly, The Bella Twins, Summer Rae, Michelle McCool, Lita, and Knockouts World Champion Mickie James. The Hall of Famer Lita will be on SmackDown tonight for the first time in 20 years!
As far as matches set for tonight, one has been confirmed and will be Aliyah making her singles debut for the blue brand against Natalya. Aliyah was called up to the main roster in October and has worked two tag team matches but hasn’t been seen in the ring since November.
What else may we see tonight? What’s next for the Sonya Deville and Naomi saga and will Naomi still have her eye on the SmackDown Women’s Title after her loss against Charlotte Flair last week?
Will we get to see Xia Li tonight who is the only active member from the blue brand that hasn’t been confirmed for the upcoming Rumble match?
