On last week’s SmackDown, Raquel Rodriguez had what she considered the biggest match of her career as she faced Ronda Rousey for the SmackDown Women’s Championship. Rousey became champion at WrestleMania Backlash after defeating Charlotte Flair.
Rodriguez wasn’t victorious but according to a backstage segment, both Aliyah and Shotzi were interested in answering Rousey’s open challenge. With Hell in a Cell approaching shortly who will end up facing Rousey at that event?
There is no official advertised match/segments for tonight’s SmackDown for the women.
With the real-life backstage situation happening with the Women’s Tag Team Champions Sasha Banks and Naomi it is hard to know what may take place tonight with the rest of the roster. Banks/Naomi retained against Natalya and Shayna Baszler last week.
