Just two weeks away from SummerSlam, Liv Morgan is set to defend her SmackDown Women’s Championship for the first time against Ronda Rousey. Morgan cashed in her briefcase on the same night she became Ms. Money in the Bank against Rousey. She benefited from Rousey retaining at the time against Natalya in a hard-fought match.
Natalya is still taking the credit for Morgan’s win after injuring Rousey to the point that the cash-in was a piece of cake. Morgan will be taking on Natalya tonight in singles action. Can Morgan continue her success and take down the BOAT or will a win by Natalya give her the rights to a championship match?
Last week, Lacey Evans made a full heel turn. After taunting and berating the audience, she would knock out Aliyah with the Woman’s Right when they were originally set to be tag team partners.
