Last week’s SmackDown premiere into a new era with a new roster wasn’t the best for the women’s division. With no matches taking place and the controversial awkward switching of the women’s titles, hopefully we can only go up from here.
Charlotte Flair is now the SmackDown Women’s Champion after the title swap. Becky Lynch is now on RAW as the RAW Women’s Champion but the two could clash at Survivor Series if they remain champions. Bianca Belair has a championship match against Lynch this Monday on RAW but Flair has her hands full now with Sasha Banks.
Despite all the news/rumors regarding Flair over this past week, PWInsider states that Flair is backstage for SmackDown tonight. She also will be in a match within the first hour but an opponent was not named. An official match has not been confirmed by WWE.
WWE’s Social Media highlighted Aliyah in regards to “Who are you most looking forward to seeing?” Aliyah was called up officially to SmackDown during the draft but hasn’t made her officially in-ring debut from that yet.
