On tonight’s SmackDown, a contract signing will take place between Charlotte Flair and Ronda Rousey for the SmackDown Women’s Title.
The two battled at WrestleMania 38 earlier this month which resulted in Flair retaining her title although she did tap out to Rousey when the referee was knocked out. Rousey quickly asked for a rematch between the two of them for WrestleMania Backlash. This time, it will be in an “I Quit” match.
Per WWE.com –
Despite WWE Management making the “I Quit” Match at WrestleMania Backlash official against Charlotte Flair’s wishes, The SmackDown Women’s Champion will still sit down across from Ronda Rousey and sign on the dotted line for their upcoming title match.

At this time, this is the only women’s match currently confirmed for the event on May 8.
