Tonight on SmackDown Live, it was announced that Alexa Bliss would defend her Women’s Title against “every woman available on the SmackDown roster.”

Although this means that SmackDown Superstars Becky Lynch, Carmella, Eva Marie, Maryse, Mickie JamesNaomi, Natalya and Nikki Bella are all eligible to participate, it is a bit unclear who will actually partake in this multi-women Women’s Title match.

As of now, Naomi is still out on injury, Eva Marie has yet to make her television return, Nikki Bella and Maryse are expected to be in mixed-tag team action at WrestleMania thus leaving Becky Lynch, Carmella, Mickie James and Natalya as contenders to Alexa’s championship.

Earlier in the evening, John Cena and Nikki Bella defeated the team of James Ellsworth and Carmella in simultaneously fashion after each hit Cena’s signature Five Knuckle Shuffle, their respective finishers and then locking in the STF, forcing the heels to tap out. Post match, The Miz and Maryse attacked John and Nikki, thus furthering the feud between the wrestling couples.

During a tag team that included the team of Alexa Bliss and Mickie James taking on Becky Lynch and Natalya, Alexa and Mickie were able to pick up the win after Natalya betrayed her partner by attacking Becky with a German Suplex and walking off.

Post match, Mickie would attack her partner as well, taking Alexa down with a Mick Kick as a sign that at WrestleMania 33, it is every woman for herself.

Already announced for WrestleMania 33 is a triple threat match between Bayley, Charlotte Flair and Sasha Banks for the Raw Women’s Title.

WrestleMania 33 takes place April 2nd at 7 PM ET live on the WWE Network.
