On this week’s episode of AEW Collision which took on Saturday, there were two women’s bouts.
First Thunder Rosa defeated Lady Bird Monroe. In an AEW exclusive that aired, Rosa had the following to say after her fifth victory in a row since returning from injury.
“I can finally address you guys, my Thunder Army. You see what I did out there? It was easy cake. You know me, I never left. You just haven’t seen me the way that I see myself every day in the mirror. A badass, La Mera Mera Thunder Rosa was out there today and I told everybody. Again, only my luck. I have to climb my way up to the top. Bitches, I’ve been on the top. I left on the top and guess what? I’m still on the top. It’s the same result. I will continue to be on the top. So keep putting me obstacles. I don’t care. If you get close to me, oh baby, you’re going to get burned.”
The second match had Serena Deeb taking on Lady Frost. Deeb has also been victorious since returning and this match would be the same as she pulled out the victory. Frost replaced Kiera Hogan in this match who was unable to compete due to being ill.
Post match, Deeb delivered an in-ring promo.
Deeb states that anyone who is interested in joining AEW’s Women’s Division would need to step up to her. She promised to put WRESTLING back in All Elite Wrestling.
Lastly, Kris Statlander calls out Skye Blue for a match. This is in reaction to what Blue and Julia Hart had to say on Rampage. She says she is going to beat her ass next week.
On Rampage, Mariah May defeated Anna Jay. May remains undefeated.
