Stephanie Vaquer Gets Vengeance On Fatal Influence As She Wins The NXT Women’s NA Title

Stephanie Vaquer is your new NXT Women’s North American Champion. On Feb. 15 at NXT’s Vengeance Day, Vaquer defeated Fallon Henley to become the new champion. This ended Henley’s reign at 111 days. This match opened up the show in Washington, D.C.

Vaquer overcame the presence of the rest of Fatal Influence members Jazmyn Nyx and Jacy Jayne. She was able to get the pin off of Spiral Tap. This win makes Vaquer the first-ever South American-born champion in WWE history.

Despite Vaquer just winning the title, her possible opponents are lining up. There will be a number one contender match for the Women’s North American Title this Tuesday on NXT. It will be the inaugural champion, Kelani Jordan, along with Jaida Parker, and Karmen Petrovic in a Triple Threat. The winner will go on to become Vaquer’s first challenger.

Vaquer appeared at the show’s end after Giulia retained the NXT Women’s Championship. The two raised up their championship belts to end the show as Jordynne Grace made her way out to join them in the ring as she is officially on the NXT brand. Grace will be on the upcoming Feb. 18 episode of NXT.
