Su Yung becomes Knockouts Champion in a shocking return

Su Yung is now a two-time Knockouts Champion by defeating Deonna Purrazzo at Bound for Glory. The match originally was supposed to be Purrazzo vs. Kylie Rae, however, we now have the reemergence of Yung. Since last year we have seen Susie on IMPACT but over the course of the past number of weeks, the undead bride has been resurfacing. The last we saw of Susie was her losing to Purrazzo at Victory Road.

The match was advertised to have Rae involved all the way up until Purrazzo made her way to the ring. She still wanted to defend her title despite Rae not being present to challenge her. Yung accepted the challenge after returning from the dead. Purrazzo falls victim to the Panic Switch and Yung gets the three count to win the match and the title.

Other matches that involved the women were the X-Division Match and the Call Your Shot Gauntlet Match. Jordynne Grace faced five men in the X-Division Scramble match but was unable to capture the title and make history. Rohit Raju retained his title.

The following women participated in the Call Your Shot Gauntlet match: Havok, Taya Valkyrie, Kiera Hogan, Alisha Edwards, and Tenille Dashwood. The match was won by Rhino which means he gets to a title shot of his choosing and that Heath gets a full-time contract with IMPACT.
