Leading up to SummerSlam this Sunday, we’re looking back at memorable Diva moments from the history of the “biggest party of the summer”.
Today, we’re going back to SummerSlam 2000, when the first ever Tables, Ladders and Chairs match took place.
The match has since become iconic for creating a stipulation that is not only competed all over the wrestling world, but also has its own WWE Pay-Per-View.
In the first TLC match, The Hardy Boyz took on the teams of Edge and Christian and The Dudley Boys.
Lita, who with the Hardys formed the trio Team Xtreme, couldn’t resist getting in on the action, shoving Edge and Christian off a ladder when they were feet away from winning the match.
The blonde duo would eventually win the match after Lita was taken out the equation with a vicious spear by Edge.
