Former WWE Diva Sunny, aka Tammy Sytch, has filed assault charges against her ex-boyfriend, wrestler Damien Darling, according to WTNH Connecticut.
As reported over the weekend, the WWE Hall of Famer was arrested for a sixth time for violating a protective order when she appeared at Darling’s home in Branford, CT, but her lawyer Rob Serafinowicz claims she had permission from the court to meet with Darling as they wanted to reconcile their relationship.
It’s claimed that Darling invited the ex-Diva to the home to talk about their relationship, but called the police after an argument.
Sytch’s assault complaint stems for her allegedly suffering “two broken ribs and bruises all over her body”.
Her lawyer said: “I believe that this situation was blown out of proportion. Tammy is doing her best to deal with her issues. She has made great progress and was putting forth her best efforts to try to identify issues in her relationship.”
