Tamina solidified her shot at Bayley‘s title by defeating Sasha Banks tonight on SmackDown. Following up from WrestleMania, Tamina wasn’t happy that she was the first one eliminated in the Fatal Five-way at the biggest event of the year.
She made her point that it took all four of her competitors to eliminate her and she didn’t have a fair shot to take out Bayley. Bayley agreed but said she had to get through Banks this week, and that is exactly what Tamina did.
The match continued the build of Tamina being the unstoppable force that we have been seeing for the past several weeks. Bayley was of course on commentary to cheer on her best friend. What caused the start of the end was thanks to an appearance from the Sassy Southern Belle, Lacey Evans.
Evans would rush down to the ring and take out Bayley at ringside which made sure that the numbers game was even. Tamina would then solidify her victory with a super kick taking down Banks for the pin.
