Tammy Sytch soon to be released from prison *Updated*

Update: Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet has received word that Tammy Sytch has been released from prison earlier than expected. It was originally reported that she would be released on March 25. She has been released today, as of Feb. 25.

Former WWE Diva and Hall of Famer Tammy Sytch (Sunny), is scheduled to be released from prison next month on parole. According to Pro Wrestling Sheet, her police records indicate that she will be released as of March 25.

She is currently serving time for violating parole due to prior incidents. These include multiple guilty pleas in drunk driving cases.

The reason for her time in prison is for missing a drug testing date, not reporting to her parole officer, and she was unable to provide a permanent residence. Shortly after she was incarcerated for her sixth time driving under the influence.

Sytch last appeared in the ring for WWE in a Battle Royal that took place at WrestleMania XXV in 2009. She was eliminated by Beth Phoenix and the match was won by Santina Marella. In 2011 she was inducted into the Hall of Fame by the Divas roster at that time.
