2011 Diva Dirt Legacy Award recipient Manami Toyota will once again return to American soil to compete in CHIKARA’s ‘King of Trios‘ tag team tournament.
Much like last year, she will team up with Jigsaw and Mike Quackenbush. In 2011’s tournament, the trio defeated Amazing Red and Joel and Wil Maximo to advance to the quarter finals, but were eliminated by Team Michinoku Pro (Dick Togo, Great Sasuke and Jinsei Shinzaki) in the next round.
JWP stars Commando Bolshoi, Tsubasa Kuragaki and Kaori Yoneyama will also be taking part in the tournament (to be held September 14 – 16 at The Palmer Center in Easton, PA).
Maria Kanellis’ boyfriend Mike Bennett will represent Ring of Honor as part of “Team ROH”, teaming with Nick and Matt Jackson.
