NXT Superstar Tegan Nox made her very first appearance in a Royal Rumble match this past weekend. She made her entrance at number 28 and is completely humbled by the experience. She lasted only 3:50 as she suffered the same fate as many other competitors. Shayna Baszler would toss her over the top rope making her one of the eight eliminations caused by her.
She posted on her Twitter account that she has a new tattoo of the number 28 behind her ear. This was to commemorate her number in the Rumble and this special moment in her life. In this post, she spoke on the Royal Rumble event/match being one that she had always watched live with her grandfather.
Nox hasn’t had the best of luck so far in WWE. She signed in 2017 and has suffered two huge setbacks as a result of ACL and additional injuries to both of her knees. She has finally started gaining some momentum in 2019 and has a bright future ahead of her. Many more Royal Rumble matches are in her future.
She will be facing her former best friend turned foe, Dakota Kai, on this week’s NXT episode live on Jan. 29.
