The artist formerly known as Tegan Nox, Nixon Newell took to Twitter to reveal a list of wrestlers she wants to face in the future.
On Dec 13 Newell posted “Maybe I release a “wrestling list” tomorrow, who knows?!” Sticking to her promise she provided a catalogue of names from several different companies.
The list reads like a who’s who of women’s wrestlers. Names such as Mickie James, Allysin Kay, Serena Deeb, Thunder Rosa and Britt Baker all jump out as standout matches. However, there are several other names that certainly raise eyebrows, especially the inclusion of former NJPW World Heavyweight Champion Will Ospreay and current AAA Tag Team Champion Cash Wheeler.
WWE shockingly released Tegan Nox earlier this year having only brought up to the main roster from NXT months before. Nox debuted alongside Shotzi Blackheart on SmackDown in July.
The duo made an instant impact on the brand by defeating then WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Tamina and Natalya. At one point it seemed as if they were in line for a title shot but it never came and the duo were unceremoniously split in the WWE Draft. Unfortunately, she was unable to show her skills on RAW as she was let go before she got the chance.
Newell is now looking to the future and judging by her list has plenty of places she wants to go and a plethora of opponents she wants to fight.
