And this week’s #1 spot goes to the Knockout who successfully defended her Championship on the main event of Impact…Gail Kim!
Opening the show, Gail and Madison almost threatened to fire Tara and Brooke Tessmacher, but Sting came out and overturned their ruling before informing Gail that her belt would be on the line tonight against Mickie James. Kim and James gave it everything they had in a phenomenal Main Event, but ultimately, it was Gail who left with her gold still in tact.
It seems like the Knockouts Division has finally found its calling with Gail being able to successfully maintain a Knockouts Title reign. Let’s hope 2012 brings even more success their way!
