Former WWE Superstars, The IIconics have filed for a new trademark potentially giving them a new name.
The former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, Cassie Lee and Jessica McKay have trademarked ‘The IInspiration’ with USPTO.
The description of the trademark states;
Mark For: THE IINSPIRATION trademark registration is intended to cover the categories of hats; Shirts; Socks; Bandanas; Sweatshirts; Hooded sweatshirts.
The IIconics were a much-loved duo within WWE. Their comedic ability was top-notch and saw them become an integral part of the women’s tag team division.
At WrestleMania 35 they defeated Beth Phoenix and Natalya, Tamina and Nia Jax, and Bayley and Sasha Banks to win the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships.
WWE released the Australian duo in April along with Mickie James and multiple other wrestlers. Since their release speculation is rife surrounding their next wrestling destination. Wherever they end up it, will it be under the new name ‘The IInspiration’?
