NWA announced that former Women’s World Champion, Thunder Rosa will face Kamille at their return event. NWA Back for the Attack is the promotions first pay-per-view since last January and will feature a first time ever clash.
Kamille and Thunder Rosa are yet to meet inside the ring and will do so for the chance to become number one contender for the women’s title.
Thunder Rosa and Kamille were on a collision course for the title last year but NWA closed its doors due to the pandemic. Now that the promotion is back they are wasting no time in giving fans the match they have waiting over a year to see.
Since last year Thunder Rosa has appeared for AEW multiple times as well as for her own promotion Mission Pro Wrestling. Thunder Rosa is set to make history this week when she and Britt Baker main event AEW Dynamite. Kamille defeated Heather Monroe in the first women’s match on UWN’s Primetime Live in September. In the same month, she beat Simone Sherie on NWA’s Shockwave.
The first time match up is a must see fight as Thunder Rosa will have to bring all of her fire and intensity to take down the impressive powerhouse, Kamille.
