Former NXT UK Women’s Champion and current NXT Superstar Toni Storm was in charge of WWE’s Instagram live today to celebrate Pride Month. In the story, she talks to General Manager William Regal and NXT Women’s Champion Raquel Gonzalez about what Pride Month means to them while also addressing what Pride Month means to her.
She was announced as part of NXT’s celebration for the LGBTQ+ community which had many people questioning her part in it. Although the discussion for Pride Month includes the much-needed Ally part of the group, Storm wanted to be transparent and also announced that she is bisexual.
She explains in the clip below that she has been comfortable with her sexuality for a long time but never really expressed it. She adds that she never found the right time and now seems to be the right time.
The Mae Young Classic winner was last seen in a feud on NXT against Zoey Stark. Prior to that, she came up short to win the NXT Women’s Title in a Triple Threat against then-NXT Women’s Champion Io Shirai and Mercedes Martinez.
