It is hard to believe that Total Divas is fastly approaching its ninth season. Although an exact release date of the new season hasn’t been announced just yet, it is said to be coming shortly.
The Twitter account for Total Divas has posted that there will be three new cast members that will be revealed shortly. Season eight debuted in September last year and was the shortest season yet at only 10 episodes.
The cast that is staying from last season is Natalya, Naomi. and Nia Jax. With The Bella Twins departing, Natalya serves as the only cast member that has been featured in every season. Naomi has missed one season as she was not a main cast member of season five. Jax became official in season seven.
It was previously mentioned that both The Bella Twins and Paige would not be returning. The Bellas will continue with their spinoff, Total Bellas. Lana has also been removed from the show. Several other women have been rumored to be joining the cast. Carmella, Ronda Rousey, Charly Caruso, and Sonya Deville have all been rumored as replacements.
