Total Divas aired its season six premiere, titled ‘Total Superstars’ on E! last night and managed to draw 724,000 viewers according to Show Buzz Daily.
This is 99,000 more than the season five finale, which scored 625,000 viewers, and 61,000 morethan the last episode of Total Bellas, which received 663,000 viewers. The most viewed episode of ‘Total Bellas’ still however outshines it as it received 756,000 viewers. This is also the lowest rated season premiere for the show.
In the 18-49 demo, the episode gathered a 0.33 rating, which is higher than last season’s 0.31.
Total Divas also came 22nd in the Top 150 Original Cable Telecasts list, compared to last season in which it placed 31st.
As the election is now behind us, viewers are slowly coming back to the franchise! And though popular shows on ABC and the WWE Network air at the same time, ‘Total Divas’ doesn’t seem to be too impacted by the competition!
