NWA has added two more name’s to the second-annual Burke Invitational which is set to take place at NWA 74 on Aug. 27, Night One of the two-night event.
Three names have already been confirmed – Samantha Starr, KiLynn King, and Tootie Lynn. We can now add Missa Kate and Max the Impaler to the list. If the same amount of participants take place in this invitational as they did last year there will be a total of 10 names. The winner will face the NWA World Women’s Champion on Night Two
Both Kate and Max have been working NWA matches so their inclusion is no surprise. Kate’s last match for NWA was a Four-way bout that was won by Marti Belle and also included Paola Blayze and Rylee Rockett. As for Max, their last match for NWA was in July against Ella Envy and Taya Valkyrie. Max would walk out with the victory.

- Samantha Starr vs. KiLynn King vs. Tootie Lynn vs. Missa Kate vs. Max the Impaler vs. TBD – Burke Invitational Match
Night Two
- Kamille or Taya Valkyrie vs. Winner of Burke Invitational – NWA World Women’s Championship
- Pretty Empowered (c) vs. The Hex – Street Fight for NWA World Women’s Tag Team Championships
