Vanessa Borne hasn’t been seen on WWE programming since January and there may be a valid reason for that. According to Fightful Select, Borne has been ready to move over to either RAW or SmackDown. She was ready to switch brands back in January or February which explains her absence since.
For about a year, Borne had an alliance with Aliyah and the two were mainly seen on the road at live shows. Her last one-on-one match was in November in a losing effort against Xia Li. She was last seen on TV in a number one contender Battle Royal.
Sources say she has been in Arizona since the COVID pandemic and she hasn’t been brought back to Florida for any tapings. Borne makes the second mention of an NXT Superstar rumored to be moved to the main roster brand as of late. Chelsea Green is the other one. After she dumped the Robert Stone Brand in May but hasn’t been seen on WWE programming since.
WWE has not confirmed this news at the time of this writing.
