To hype her World Title Series match against Brooke on tonight’s Impact, Madison Rayne spoke about the Knockouts division and its impact on women’s wrestling as a whole.
Madison credits the division with putting TNA on the map and starting the revolution that’s taken hold of women’s wrestling. She says the revolution has been happening for nearly a decade, thanks to the Knockouts.
She says the Knockouts are doing for wrestling what Ronda Rousey is doing for women in MMA.
Madison also addresses her opponent, Brooke, recalling how she managed to defeat Knockouts Champion Gail Kim earlier in the series. She muses on how big Brooke’s ego would be if she became the first female TNA World Heavyweight Champion.
Despite being in a “win or go home” scenario, Madison promises to defeat Brooke, then Gail, and advance to the next round of the series.
