On the Feb. 28 episode of NXT, Wendy Choo was attacked in the NXT parking lot by an unknown assailant. A report is coming out by The Wrestling Observer that the injury is legitimate.
According to Bryan Alvarez, Choo has suffered an unknown injury and what took place on Tuesday’s NXT was to write her off TV. Despite the injury being undisclosed, the source did say the injury isn’t “too serious.”
Choo’s last televised match was against Dana Brooke on Main Event, Feb. 13.
At the time of this writing, neither Choo nor WWE have confirmed this news.
