Wilde vs. Dashwood set for Victory Road; Deonna Purrazzo and Mickie James brawl on IMPACT!

Taylor Wilde vs. Tenille Dashwood has been booked for this Saturday’s Victory Road IMPACT Plus event.

The two have been in a heavy rivalry since Wilde’s return and Dashwood has been favoring most of their encounters. Dashwood has had Madison Rayne and Kaleb with a K with her and collectively as The Influence, they have had the upper hand. Jordynne Grace & Rachael Ellering have recently had the back of Wilde and will be in her corner this Saturday.

The match was made official in the All About Me segment that can be seen below.

Already announced for Victory Road, the Knockouts Tag Team Championships will be defended as the champs Decay will face Tasha Steelz and Savannah Evans. Don’t get confused by the promo below, as Steelz stole the titles for her and Evans last week after they took out Decay. Rosemary had defeated Steelz but she got the last laugh by physically taking the gold.

Things have remained unsettled between Knockouts Champion Deonna Purrazzo and Mickie James ever since James reappeared in IMPACT. Purrazzo has had a problem with Hardcore Country from moment one but James still invited the champion to NWA EmPowerrr. There, Purrazzo successfully defended her title against Melina.

At NWA73, Purrazzo took it one step further and attacked James. James had just finished defeating Kylie Rae in her first match since January. Since then the two have continued to fight back and forth, but this week on IMPACT they had to be separated during a brawl.

The two women came out after a match between Trey Miguel and Matt Rehwoldt. Rehwoldt has been in the corner of Purrazzo ever since they became Queen and King at the Homecoming Tournament. Miguel has been helping out both Melina and Mickie James to counteract Rehwoldt’s involvement.

After Miguel picked up a win against Rehwoldt, Purrazzo rushed to the ring and delivered a low blow while he was celebrating his victory. Mickie rushed to the ring to save Miguel. Purrazzo and James started to slug it out before referees and security tried to keep them apart. Once Purrazzo was outside the ring on the ramp, James went up top and dove off the top turnbuckle onto Purrazzo and everyone else that was on the ramp.

Although a match hasn’t been booked between the two just yet, all signs point to Purrazzo vs. James for the Knockouts Title at Bound for Glory in October.

On this week’s BTI, Su Yung along with the Undead versions of Kimber Lee and Brandi Lauren captured one of the Swingerellas and dragged her up the ramp and to the back.
