Willow Nightingale will be making her debut in Japan for an upcoming Tokyo Joshi Pro event. The show takes place on Saturday, July 9 at the Ota Ward General Gymnasium titled SUMMER SUN PRINCESS ’22. An opponent for Nightingale hasn’t been confirmed at this time.
Nightingale has been featured so far in the first half of the year in promotions such as AEW, ROH, and IMPACT. She battled Mercedes Martinez to determine the Interim ROH Women’s World Champion in a losing effort at ROH’s return from hiatus.
In the debut event for Maria Kanellis Bennett’s Women’s Wrestling Army promotion, Nightingale teamed with Holidead to challenge The Hex who were the NWA World Tag Team Champions at the time. After her time in Japan she is set to take on LuFisto in New Jersey at Garden State Pro Wrestling’s Thy Kingdom Come event.
