WrestleMania 37 Night One has the wrestling world buzzing. After a troublesome start due to bad weather, the show kicked off with a bang and ended in triumph. Night Two is upon us, and we have two women’s title matches to look forward to. The first is the RAW Women’s Championship clash with Asuka taking on Rhea Ripley. The second has Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler defending the WWE Women’s Championships against Natalya and Tamina.
The RAW women’s title match features a first-time fight between the “Nightmare” Rhea Ripley and the “Empress of Tomorrow” Asuka. Both warriors have a point to prove as this is Ripley’s first main roster championship match, while Asuka is looking to reignite her killer instinct and title reign. The build to get here hasn’t been the best, but as Bianca Belair and Sasha Banks proved last night, it doesn’t have to be to steal the show.
At WrestleMania 37, Ripley and Asuka have the opportunity to put the prestige back in the RAW Women’s Championship.
The women’s tag team match features Natalya and Tamina challenge Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler. The champions have been formidable holders and at the epi-centre of the entire women’s division. The challengers have been on a strong recently, defeating all who have stood in their way. The clash is interesting and unpredictable between two teams that have been booked strong heading into the event.
