WrestleMania Magazine Confirms Jacqueline for WWE Hall of Fame

After weeks of speculation, it has been confirmed that Jacqueline will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame as part of the Class of 2016.

The news was revealed by the release of the WWE’s special edition WrestleMania 32 magazine, which includes the Dallas-born Diva with the rest of this year’s class.

Throughout her 20+ year career, Jacqueline broke barriers, becoming the first woman to place on the PWI 500 in 1993, the first-ever African American Women’s Champion in 1998 and just the third woman to hold the the Cruiserweight Title in 2004. With this induction she makes history once again, becoming the first African American woman to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.

The WWE Hall of Fame ceremony takes place Saturday, April 2nd in Dallas, Texas and will air live on the WWE Network.
