They say art imitates life, but it looks like life is imitating art in this case between the warring stars of WSU.
Midwest Militia star Allysin Kay dropped a “pipe bomb” via her Twitter page last night, posting a flurry of tweets referencing WSU World Champion Mercedes Martinez and number one contender Jessicka Havok.
The stars have been feuding on screen as the Midwest Militia — Havok, Kay and Sassy Stephie — have targeted Mercedes, Alicia and Brittney Savage, but it seems there is plenty of drama behind the scenes too.
Kay tweeted: “It’s funny to see so-called vets legitimately threatened by rising talent, & I’m not talking about myself. Be mad at yourself & no one else.”
“Some ppl need to get over themselves. Anyone who thinks Jessicka doesnt deserve the spot she has is too far up their own ass to see straight.”
“Jessicka deserves everything she has & more. She deserves to be WSU Champion, fuck what Mercedes thinks.”
The tweets were later deleted, but not before being sent to Diva Dirt by several fans.
When reached for comment about the situation, WSU promoter Sean McCaffrey said: “Whatever Allysin believes are her thoughts and opinions, and she is free to think on her own. She is a great talent for us.”
However, speaking to sources in WSU, Diva Dirt understands that there has been some heat between Havok and Martinez stemming from the champion’s injury during the War Games steel cage match at the Breaking Barriers II Internet pay per view last November.
As for how this could impact the upcoming main event for WSU’s 5th Anniversary Show on Internet pay per view, McCaffrey tells us that the Martinez vs Havok match will indeed happen on March 3rd.
