For the first time, a NXT TakeOver event will take place during WrestleMania weekend.
Today, the WWE announced a NXT TakeOver event for Friday, April 1st, two days before WrestleMania 32. It will emanate from the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas, Texas, less than 20 miles from AT&T Stadium, the site of WrestleMania.
This TakeOver is being hyped as the latest addition to the WWE’s WrestleMania weekend tradition, joining the annual WWE Hall of Fame Ceremony.
Tickets for the event will go on sale December 19th.
