The news was broken last week on the NXT Injury Report that Nox had suffered a torn ACL due to a vicious attack by Candice LeRae. There was hope here at Diva Dirt that news was part of a kayfabe angle and not legitimate.
WWE has confirmed our worst fears and announced that the “Shiniest Wizard” Tegan Nox has indeed suffered anotheer torn ACL.
Keeping the news kayfabe, LeRae is still the cause of the injury that kept her out of the number one contender Battle Royal.
This is Tegan’s third ACL tear. Her first happened in 2017 when she had just signed for NXT. Her second knee injury came during the Mae Young Classic match against Rhea Ripley.
On today’s NXT Media Call, Triple H stated that Tegan has already had the necessary surgery and now begins yet another long and arduous road to recovery.
